Cessna 172 XP12 3S

I have a three screen X-Plane 12 flight sim, pretty similar to what OnTheGlideslope documented some years back, and also Flight Sim Liberty. I can still fly a "three screen ready" XP11 era Cessna 172, but it's doing some odd things in XP12.
So, I wanted a native XP12 Cessna 172 ready for three screens, and a carbureted version.
Thought this would take maybe half a day; oops, no - it took many, many days...
I endeavored to capture the process via screenshots vs writing about it, so lets hope this "slide deck" appears.
